Forms of Supply

Wirecloth can be supplied in a variety of formats.

Standard full rolls of cloth are typically up to 2.1 metres wide by 30 metres long. Of course you can choose other dimensions to suit your need.

Rolls can be pre-slit into various widths to meet your needs to provide you with individual coils of cloth, again at any suitable length.

In turn slit coils can be reduced to smaller square or oblong panels as individual pieces down to sizes such as 10 millimetre by 10 millimetre.

We punch a variety of round discs to be supplied separately or to combine into disc packs of different mesh types for a variety of filtration applications. We can work to tolerances of 0.5 millimetres, 0.25 for bespoke tooling, depending on your requirements.

If thickness or flatness tolerances are important to you, we have facilities to deal with your requirements and we can advise on the best combination of specification to meet the commercial requirements of your application.
